Healthy Chick Steak

Healthy eating has many ways of preparing, including boiling or cooking in the oven or roasting. We chose this healthy recipe from the vegetables cooked in the oven with the wonderful grilled chicken steak.



Ingredients:

  • Kilo Chicks

  • Teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry cake
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Vegetables
  • 1 potato potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 broccoli beads
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 islands
  • 1 cup
  • 200 grams green beans
  • 1 large onion

For decoration

  • Two tablespoons caper
  •  bunch parsley furred


How to prepare

  1. Mix in a deep bowl with salt, pepper, thyme, cloves, crushed garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the chicks in the mixture and leave the container covered with the fridge for 3 hours, preferably a full night.
  3. Wash the vegetables well and then cut them according to desired round or longitudinal slices.
  4. Pour the vegetables in an oven tray with salt, pepper, olive oil and enough water to cover the vegetables.
  5. Cover the vegetables with Chinese foil and place in the oven 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
  6. Brush the grill with oil and heat it and then put the chicken steak slices with observation until you begin to mature and then my heart on the other side until full maturity.
  7. Fry the chicken steak with the veggie cheese as a healthy integrated meal with a green salad and full rice.
  8. Decorate the dish with caper and parsley
